Michael A. Ricciardi

Mr. Michael Ricciardi is the Founder of Relevant Technology Inc. (RTI) and currently serves as both CEO and CFO of the company. A successful businessman and entrepreneur, Mike has launched and grown successful Software Development and SETA (Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance) businesses, including MAR/CSD, Ricciardi Technologies and Domain X Technologies (DXT). In addition, as a Subject Matter Expert in Information Systems, as applied to Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Programs, he has been a key contributor to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). This diverse software and systems technical background, together with his more than 30 years of executive management experience, makes him uniquely qualified to lead RTI’s future business growth.
Mike has chaired numerous professional forums and events associated with Biological Defense and Counter Terrorism and participated on several panels from E-business and Educational grants. He served as one of the sector leads for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Chemical Biological Defense Industry Acquisition Forum (CBDIAF) for Information Systems, and is a newly elected executive committee member (small business) for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Other Transactional Authority (OTA).
Mike is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, with a double major in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. He subsequently completed a Master’s Degree in Computer Science at the New York Institute of Technology, and served as an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College, where he taught courses in Computer Science, Programming and Information Systems.

David W. Godso
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) &
Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Dual-hatted as both CTO and CIO of RTI, Mr. David Godso operates at the technical executive level, applying his information technology expertise in addressing the needs of RTI clients across the complete life cycle of technology projects; from research and development through testing, fielding and sustainment. In addition, internal to RTI, he leads the definition, implementation and oversight of corporate technology strategy and governance, with a focus on streamlining information technology processes, and technology adoption and integration.

Dave has a passion for technology and customer satisfaction, and is a hands-on technology leader. In both the public and private sectors, under his leadership, Dave has been responsible for the development and fielding of numerous complex multi-disciplined information systems capabilities across a multitude of mission spaces and domains.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, with concentrations in Computer Science, History, and Music from the Louisiana State University (LSU), is a recipient of the prestigious “Certificate of Excellence”, presented by the Louisiana Board of Regents, was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, and the Pi Mu Epsilon National Honorary Mathematics Society (serving as President of the LSU chapter for one semester).
In addition, he is an International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC^2) Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), a United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Executive graduate of Leadership in Leading Organizational Change, a Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Level III Information Technology Professional, a Lean Six Sigma Champion and Sponsor, holds a certificate from the Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute (SEI) in Software Product Lines, and has numerous publications.
Dave is a recipient of the Department of the Army Commander's Award for Civilian Service and the Department of the Army Superior Civilian Service Award.
Debby Gladstone and Stephanie Kreitzer
Operations and Human Resources

Mrs. Debby Gladstone and Mrs. Stephanie Kreitzer, with their combined 25 years of experience, apply their diverse and versatile skill sets to the management and execution of RTI’s Business Operations and Human Resources. They lead multiple departments, including accounting, benefits administration, contract management, corporate operations, and information security. They support RTI’s customers and employees by efficiently and effectively overseeing and implementing all aspects of operations.
Debby has a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland which supports RTI's corporate culture, bringing thoughtful and professional focus to our most important assets: our customers and employees. Prior to joining RTI, Debby founded and launched successful businesses focused on management and organizational services, and employs that expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to the team.
Stephanie has a Business Management degree from Lord Fairfax Community College. She utilizes her effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage contractor relations, data strategy, and security program management. She liaises with cross-functional teams, supporting all facets of RTI to ensure that company processes and policies operate smoothly.
